The P.R.I.D.E. employee resource group (ERG) serves its members by creating an affirming environment throughout ECS for all LGBTQIA+ members and allies. The P.R.I.D.E. ERG works to create and maintain safe, inclusive, and equitable spaces for systematically marginalized members to be heard, celebrated, treated equally, and treated with dignity.
The P.R.I.D.E. ERG, like all ECS ERGs, is open to and welcomes every ECS employee.
Employee Resource Groups
Our employee-led, voluntary Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a great example of one way we foster a sense of community within our large company. They are essential tools for fostering collaboration, attracting top talent, and supporting crucial professional development. By offering opportunities for leadership and mentorship, our ERGs also directly contribute to the creation of dynamic, high-performing teams. Any ECS employee is welcome to join any ERG.
